The pre-made white yarn is dyed in specially designed for this purpose boilers. It is also possible to dye the whole fabric the color you need.
The laboratory staff maintains the correct formula and watches the temperature in the room or the balance of the dye used. Very important issue is the preservation of color.
The yarn quality is thoroughly checked for the reception of color. For this purpose the special lightning is used. Thanks to it each new fabric doesn’t differ in color from the previous one. The fabric can not be susceptible to discoloration caused by excessive solar radiation.
